-allowing yourself permission to take up space however you like-
These photos are for you, and your comfortability is my priority. I don’t want you to feel as if you have to look a certain way, be a certain way, or anything like that.
We are basically just hanging out and I’m capturing/documenting you in that moment. If you’re especially shy or nervous- a good playlist can do wonders! Going into your shoot with the intention to be curious, present and playful let’s you naturally be at ease and the creative process to happen with even more magic.

I will not photoshop you “skinny” - hating ourselves is exhausting and it’s my goal to capture you in your best light
All bodies are art and worthy of being documented authentically and honestly, just as they are no matter what anyone says
Please don’t apologize for your face, body hair, stretch marks, cellulite or anything else society is trying to push on us
Remember, this is a safe space to be and express yourself as you see fit
