Danielle + Kevins Engagement Portraits - Chicago IL
Danielle and Kevin are two of the coolest, welcoming people: they moved from Florida to Chicago right before the beginning of the covid-19. After surviving the start of a global pandemic in a new city: Danielle and Kevin opened Northside Cutlery, a knife sharpening and premium kitchen tools business. They quickly became a neighborhood staple for many Chicago chefs, businesses and of course Chicagoans. When they reached out about wedding and engagements photography services it felt like fate. Sometimes the Universe just knows when and where to put people in your life and this was no different. We met up for coffee at Allez Cafe in Logan Square and the rest if history.
For their engagement photos you see here we chose Montrose Bird Sanctuary and KOVAL distillery. We met in the morning on a Summer Sunday and began shooting their portraits and talking about life, love and their micro wedding/elopement. They popped champagne and cheers-ed watermelon by the lake front before driving over to KOVAL for the outfit and vibe change. They enjoyed some cocktails and flirted with each other for the rest of the shoot. Twas such a fun and laughter filled day I wont soon forget. Oh YEAH! P.s if you need any knives sharpened make sure you check them out and tell them Ttolbphotog sent you :-)
